Mankatha is Thala Ajith's 50th and South Sensation Trisha Krishnan's 40th film, has always been in buzz, since the commencement of the project.
Mankatha which released a single track of 'Vilayadhu Mankatha' by Yuvan Shankar Raja has been doing well and is keeping the movie in the news.
The film's shoot is almost wrapped with the climax of the movie being shot at various Chennai and Mumbai locations and on sets. Venkat Prabhu the Director says that movie would be released in August.
The shoot of the film begun in August 2010 an now it took almost one year for its completion. Mankatha's story revolves around a Mafia gang gambling during the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket season.
Ajith is said to be playing dual role one with shades of grey and the other one will be that of a simple person. With a huge star cast of Trisha, Arjun, Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Premji, Ashwin, Vaibhav, Andrea and others the movie is all the
more expected by Thala Ajith's fans.
