With the entire town curiously looking out for the Glamour Queen Trisha Krishnan 40th and Thala Ajith Kumar’s 50th film Mankatha, Venkat Prabhu has revealed that they’re planning to release the film on Aug-15th, 2011 for Independence Day. It has been a long run for the team members of Mankatha as they’ve been relentlessly involved in shooting without taking any breaks.
Much prior to the commencement of this project, Venkat Prabhu was marked by excessive confidence on releasing the film for Ajith’s birthday. However, he later confessed his miscalculation saying that it wasn’t easy managing a bevy of big star-cast.
The post production works have already started while Yuvan Shankar Raja is working on final output of the remaining tracks.
