We have been hearing for long that Trisha Krishnan, South Indian Cinema’ s hotshot actress would be acting in a Malayalam film. One announcement after the other was made, but none of them actually materialized. It was even suggested that Trisha was not all interested in doing Malayalam films.
Now, however, it looks like Trisha would finally be seen in a Malayalam film. And what’s more, she would be seen opposite Prithviraj in her debut Malayalam film. Titled ‘Hero’, this would be an action thriller to be directed by Deepan, who had last given us the superhit ‘Puthiya Mukham’.
Trisha and Prithviraj sound an interesting on screen pair all right, and the actress who was much appreciated for her role in films like ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ and ‘Manmadhan Anbu’ is said to have grabbed a meaty role that would make her Malayalam entry perfect.
Trisha meanwhile had also ventured into Bollywood, and was seen in Khatta Meetha opposite Akshay Kumar that was directed by Priyadarshan. She is also looking forward to her forthcoming Tamil film Mankatha in which she would be seen alongside Ajith Kumar.
