'Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa to duet with their acts' during X Factor final

Taking the stage? According to reports, X Factor mentors including Kelly Rowland will be performing alongside their contestants this weekend



There has been speculation for weeks over which celebrity guests have signed on to help the X Factor contestants in their final push to win the show.

But in an unexpected twist, it has been reported that none other than the judges will duet with their own acts on Saturday night's show.

Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Tulisa Contostavlos will take the stage this weekend at Wembley Arena to perform with the finalists.



Louis Walsh, who has been left without any contestants in the final yet again, will sit it out, amidst rumours that the X Factor bosses cooked up the plan only after the music manager's last act was voted out.

According to the Daily Mirror, Kelly and Amelia will perform the rousing number River Deep, Mountain High, while N-Dubz star Tulisa will duet on a mash-up of Alicia Keys' If I Ain't Got You and Empire State Of Mind with Little Mix.

The paper reports that Gary and Marcus are still deciding on what number they think will win over fans during Saturday's all-important final performance.

It is unknown whether the finalists, who have been busy making their hometown appearances this week, will also be dueting with guest superstars.

In recent weeks, it has been rumoured that Adele, Coldplay and Michael Bublé had been lined up to join the acts.

At the time, reports suggested that Adele would duet with either Amelia Lily or Misha B, while Coldplay were apparently to perform alongside Janet Devlin.

Michael Bublé was reportedly being lined up to sing with Marcus.

Leona Lewis and One Direction are also confirmed to perform this weekend.

A spokesperson for the X Factor was unavailable for comment when contacted by Mail Online.

The X Factor final kicks off on Saturday night at 8pm on ITV1.
