Paris Hilton made waves last year when she was spotted driving one through Beverly Hills.

And last night, Nicki Minaj was also spotted driving a pink 'Barbie Bentley' to the Grammy awards concert.

Accompanied by her boyfriend Safaree who sat in the passenger seat, the hot new vehicle managed to get the 28-year-old singer plenty of attention as she drove up to The Nokia Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles.

The bright pink vehicle even matched the singer's pink wig.

According to showbiz website TooFab, the singer is calling the car her 'Barbie Bentley,' which is perhaps appropriate given that she was also wearing a vintage Barbie jacket at the wheel.

'Vintage barbie jacket. Ya luv it?!!' she wrote on Twitter last night, while posting a picture of her with her jacket on next to the car.

It proved to be a good night for the singer who ended up with three prestigious Grammy nominations.

She joined the celebrity presenters during the show wearing a strapless blue dress and oversize necklace spelling out the word 'Barbie.'

Nicki isn't the first star to be spotted around tinsel town in a pink Bentley.

Last year Paris Hilton was also seen regularly driving her own customised pink Bentley, but now is reported to be selling it after splashing out on a red Ferrari.

According to reports, the heiress now plans to put her car, with a customised crystal interior, up for auction and will donate the sale to charity.

The insider added: 'Given the car is pink she would like to raise money for breast cancer, a cause which is very close to her having lost her grandmother to it.
