According to web sources, South Angel Trisha Krishnan's 40th and Thala Ajith's much-awaited 50th film Mankatha, directed by Venkat Prabhu, is likely to screened on August 19th, 2011. The film also stars Lakshmi Rai, Premji Amaren, Arjun and Vaibhav in prominent roles. Mankatha is an action thriller which is rumoured to narrate the story of match-fixing sagas in international cricket matches. Arjun will play the role of an investigative officer who takes up the task of exposing the bookies. Thala Ajith will play the role of a gambler; then the cat and mouse game begins and our beautiful Trisha is playing a village girl role as Sanjana.The film is produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri under his home banner Cloud Nine Movies. Music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja is all set to be launched in Chennai on August 10, 2011.
