'Mankatha' may be one of the biggest hits of the year that marks the Beauty Queen Trisha Krishnan's 40th and Ajith Kumar's 50th film, but it looks like there will be no success celebrations as Ajith doesn't like to attend functions.
"Ajith sir won't attend any public functions. So there is no use of keeping a 100th day function for Mankatha without the hero himself,' wrote producer Dhayanidhi Alagiri on his microblogging page.
In less than a couple of weeks, 'Mankatha' will turn 100, a toughest mark to touch these days. The film which opened in a record number of theatres also created a record in opening and collections, making it one of the biggest hits of the year.
Released by Sun Pictures in association with Radhika Sarathkumar's Radaan, 'Mankatha' directed by Venkat Prabhu has Arjun, Trisha, Vaibhav, Premgi Amaran, Anjali, Lakshmi Rai and Andrea Jeremiah in important roles. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
