After its first remade in Tamil as Vijay staring Kavalan, its remade in Hindi with Salman as lead and was a superhit like its original versions. Its now even released in Kannada. In telugu its now under production with Venkatesh and Trisha in lead roles. The love story thats so powerful is considered to be the favorite love storeis for the year 2011 without a doubt. No wonder if tis also remade in Bengali, oriya and other north indian languages too, all the credit goes to the creator.
