* Film association to revise actresses dress code in public events

It is being said that the film association has decided to impose ban on actresses exposing their thighs during public occasions.

During the audio release of movies, participants should talk only about the movie. Irrelevant issues should not be taken. ‘Only because such issues have been taken, it has resulted in a major tight corner. So there should be a ban imposed upon such speeches’, director Shankar seems to have said.

It seems that there would be a ban imposed upon actresses exposing their thighs during public occasion. Actresses have been participating with meager clothes in cinema functions and this too in our Tamilnadu which is well known for the Sari culture. Having exposed their thighs during participation, they turn irate at photographers when they capture these actresses on the camera. Such instances have increased in number.

Instances like wearing frighteningly meager attire, and then saying it is their liberty to wear such clothes, and none should comment are on the rise. So the film association seems to be pondering over imposing a ban on such attire.

It may be reminded that during the previous DMK regime, an actress came with a very glamorous attire, which was witnessed by the then chief minister Karunanidhi.
