She is a huge fan of alliteration and regularly told her fans she received ‘three thesauri’ from her doting husband for Christmas.
But it appears that Courtney Stodden is a serious about being a bookworm and has been seen shopping for new reading material with her husband.
The 17-year-old paid a visit to The Mystic Journey Bookstore on Abbott Kinney in Venice with 51-year-old husband Doug Hutchinson in tow.

What have we here: The 17-year-old didn't let her short skirt get in the way of viewing the shop's displays on the floor and she was seen bending down

Courtney appeared to be more covered up than usual wearing a short and tight aqua blue skirt and a white vest top.
As ever she was tottering on her sky high heels as she made her way to the book shop.
Never one to shy away from the cameras the teenager was seen putting on her best provocative pose bending over to peruse the goods on offer.

The peroxide blonde was also seen touching her ample chest with her hand as she stared at the camera.
As ever Courtney was displaying lashing of fake tan and plenty of make-up on her face.
Putting her thesaurus, and her love of alliteration to good use the teen took to Twitter to document her day.
She told her followers: 'Had such a vivacious adventure @ Venice Beach today. Now its time for this tasty temptress to tiptoe into 2012 - HAPPY NEW YEAR! Muah XOs...'

She said that her husband is her celebrity crush and when asked what her choice of superpower would be, she replied: 'I would find it breathtaking to be able to feel what it's like to fly... Wait. I'm already flying - flying on the wings of love!'
Stodden also revealed that she lives in seven inch stilettos from the moment she gets out of bed, even when she is hiking in Hollywood with her mother and dog.
And she admits that her friends make fun of her for being: 'A little too sexual.'
The teenager is now said to be working on launching a music career.

She had fun in the ocean and then jogged out of the water with her many tattoos on display on her trim figure.
Meanwhile her 53-year-old husband walked along the shore with his six-pack on full display and looked at least 15 years younger than he actually is.

Earlier in the vacation Kevin and Kyra went for a canoe ride with their pals.
Kevin showed the skills he learned while filming whitewater rapids thriller The River Wild in 1994, proving adept with the paddle as they journeyed around Grand Wailea Hilton, Maui.
The duo were joined on their fun holiday excursion by three chums, though Kevin made sure he was at the bow so he could direct were they went.

Although the band are in Barbados to play at the plush Sandy Lane resort they have certainly been as busy playing as working.
For most of us sight seeing would be a top priority but 23-year-old hunk Max just couldn't take his eyes off his beautiful fiance today.

The couple are holidaying with Max' his band mates from The Wanted and some of their girlfriends.

The 24-year-old showed you don't need to bare all to look stunning as her short floral number showed off her tiny figure and long legs.

Michelle was sailor for a day as the group went on a boat tour of the tint Caribbean island.
The couple were joined by Tom Parker and his girlfriend Kelsey Harwick, and Siva Kaneswaran and his girlfriend Nareesha.
Their fellow bandmates Jay McGuiness and Nathan Sykes were also there but did not appear to have brought along any lady friends.
She looked relaxed with a makeup-free face and her brunette locks loose for most of the day before she tied them back in a loose bun.

Jay McGuiness said: 'What I predict is that we turn up at a club she is in and try to pester her, say we are The Wanted then are swiftly escorted away from her table by 20 guards.'
