Armband Tattoos For Women? – Tribal Armband Tattoo

Armband tattoos are generally seen as a masculine tattoo and come in many different fashions. Armband tattoos are usually seen in tribal tattoo art, lettering and are usually placed on the upper arm of a man.

There are some changes that you can make to make this armband tattoo more feminine and a little more suitable for a woman. Generally you will not seen women with arm band tattoos, but there are those who still choose to get this style of tattoo. If a woman decides to get an armband tattoo, you can decrease the size of the tattoo to help it fit nicer on the arm. Men who get armband tattoos usually get the tattoo larger, upward of four inches and can be anywhere between the shoulder and the elbow. For a woman, choosing a smaller tattoo will help make it look more feminine as it will not be as bold or take up most of their arm. You will want a tattoo that reduces the focus on the tattoo and that gives your arm a softer touch.

Another change that you can do to reduce the masculine nature associated with the armband tattoo is to add girly or feminine features to the tattoo. For a woman if you add tattoo designs such as floral designs, soft colors and softer lines, you will have an armband tattoo that is more for a girl than for a guy.

armband tattoo for womanBy using colors and girly colors to your armband tattoo, rather than the traditional black tattoo will also help make your arm band more feminine looking than masculine. Adding color to even a tribal armband tattoo can also help create a more unique tattoo for a woman than for a man.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

Captain Jack Sparrow is back in the fourth film in the series. Usually when you get to number 4 in a series you've already upset the trilogy Gods as you embark on uncharted waters. You could end up with a Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, where you take home the biggest box office haul for a Star Trek film, up to that date. Or you could end up with Batman & Robin and totally fucking destroy a franchise, for at least a few years. So how does Pirates 4 stack up, is it a Fat Scotty or nippled breast plate?  The answer is......well, I'm not sure I can say. I'm kind of thinking neither.
Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) returns for another adventure, actually, if you were paying attention at the end of the third film you would have heard Jack mention the Fountain of Youth. And that is of course where this little adventure takes us. Some familiar faces are in tow, like Joshamee Gibbs (Kevin McNally), Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) and Keith Richards as Captain Teague, Jack's father. And I think there were a few supporting cast members from previous films, but don't quote me on that. Everyone else is new including the director, Rob Marshall who is replacing Gore Verbinski on this ho-hum quest. The new cast is pretty exceptional though, Ian McShane as Blackbeard, Penelope Cruz as his femme fatale like daughter. There are vicious mermaids and large battles and of course the Fountain of Youth.
So why the lack of joy in this review you might ask, cause with all of this, with the great cast, visuals and mildly interesting plot, what is actually wrong with this movie? Well to put it mildly it's boring through most of it and it just lacks the fun of the previous films. Yes the second and third films were not very good but they were entertaining spectacles. You were in on the ride no matter how bat shit crazy it was. This one, Jack seems almost normal through most of it. He throws us a few weird speeches just to remind us he's Jack Sparrow, but for the most part he just felt like he was just another action hero with a spice of Han Solo. The script was also seriously lacking, it didn't have the wit or the spark of the first one.  It's a real shame to because this cast was pretty impressive. Honestly Barbossa was truly the best part of the flick, he elevated the material for sure, which is why I'm still scratching my head with Johnny Depp, usually he's doing that too but maybe he just wasn't able to break away given that the film is now solely on his shoulders. No wooden Orlando Bloom or hot Keira Knightley to bounce off of. Anyway, if you find yourself scratching your head and looking for a movie to kill some time with, then sure, Stranger Tides wouldn't be a bad choice, but between Thor and Hangover part II, the choice becomes clear. I know this won't deter Disney from making another one, given that the Box Office has been pretty good the last two weeks. But one could hope they'll keep the Pearl in drydock and lets go back to making more original Pirate adventures. I'm sure they can come up with something--Nah, this is Hollywood, they can only do something truly original in the mainstream maybe once or twice every ten years or so, I think that's a law.

You're Lebanese, you're Orient!

The second season of Glee is over. And if there is something that every viewer (that I know of, my claims always so scientific!!) agrees on is that the best thing about it has been Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera).

Santana started in the first half of the first season being a filling character without any other trait than being the traitor than can give information to Sue at any point without having to explain too much. In the second half, she and Brittany started having the one-liners that audiences (and I include myself proudly) adore. So much that when the second season started they had been promoted to regulars, something that Mike "dancing-should-not-look-like-a-disease" Chang could not achieve let alone Matt "transferred-to-another-school-and-never-brought-up-again" Rutherford.

However and given that Glee is a show with 2,591 characters, some had necessarily to resent from this stepping in the spotlight from Santana. And I think it is safe to say that the character that has been relegated to oblivion has been Tina Cohen-Chang who holds the dubious honor of being the protagonist of the most bizarre (and not in a good way) moment of the season. I'm referring obviously to her rendition of "My Funny Valentine".
And I believe it is interesting to note that the first song Tina performed in the show was "I Kissed a Girl" by Katy Perry, something that led some viewers (ok, maybe just me) to believe that a lesbian plot was going to develop. And who knows if that was the case; after all, the stutter subplot is another of the weirdest things that have happened on the show. What is interesting is that now, the Lebanese (as Brittany would put it) character par excellence is Lima Heights Santana. Which makes me wonder if the lesbian plot was not fully given to Tina because she was not that interesting...

Santana, on the other hand, is not only the most interesting character in the show (even if she had the duty to say that haircut line in the finale giving way to another ass-weird situation) but also the best executed in terms of performance (I'm sorry Jane Lynch but stop crying for your sister, start bullying people and I'll love you again). So I'd like to start a FYC campaign for the Emmys. Naya Rivera, Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series!!

And just for comparison purposes, we can assure that Santana has gone from Poppita to Nicole while Tina has gone from Lil' Lily to... Exquisite Woo? Or the teacher who changed gender, whatever you prefer...

Santana's Evolution

And as it is physically impossible for me to think about Popular without renewing my vows with my Mary Cherry, here is a picture of her, just because. And by the way, Brittany still has a lot of work to do until she becomes a Mary Cherry but certainly, writing "My Cup" was a step in the right direction...

10 New Features Expected In Windows 8

The history of Windows OS dates back to 1981 when Chase Bishop designed the first model but after 2 years in 1983 first version of the Windows was developed named Windows 1.0 but it was not released until 1985. But as the time progressed we saw the upgrade versions of Windows OS and it was in 1995 when Microsoft revolutionized the technology with release of Windows 95 followed by Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Now there are many speculations that Microsoft will release the brand new Windows 8 with many mind blowing features anytime in a year. There are lots of rumors surfacing in the internet but nobody is certain that which feature will make it to the final product. Here I have gathered the information about the 10 new features expected in Windows 8. So let’s check it out:

Windows App Store:

Just like the Apple and Android, Microsoft has decided to launch their own App store that will enable the user to review new apps and buy them online. This exciting new feature of Windows will provide a centralized and convenient place to learn about and acquire new applications.
History Vault:

History Vault is an extremely new and exciting new feature of Windows 8 that provides an automatic backup of files and documents and allows the user to select previous versions of a file based on the time stamp of that particular file.
Immersive Browser:

Immersive Browser is another new feature in Windows 8 and it is based on the mobile browser in windows 7 smartphones. According to many sources Microsoft has develop this browser to get more web on to the screen by reducing many options. Immersive Browser will use Internet Explorer rendering engine that will make the most of the tablet display. Many people suspects that this browser will be locked for a bonus release.
Portable Workspace:

Portable Workspace will allow the user to create a portable image or you can say a clone or whole backup on any external drive with at least 16GB of available capacity. This new feature will help you to create a clone of your important data in any external device so you can boot it in PC and use the same windows experience.
Tweaked Disk Cleanup:

It looks like that Microsoft has upgraded the Disk Cleanup utility to help user manage the disk space. The enhanced utility showing up in Windows 8 pre-release builds includes options that allow the user to sort files by size and type. This will make it much easier to get the disk space quickly by targeting temporary files and quickly spotting the biggest space on your hard drive.
Windows 8 Ribbon User Interface:

This feature can be seen in Microsoft Office 10 which places the menus and icons in the ribbon like toolbar but it was not well received by the user. But in Windows 8 this feature will perhaps be more advanced and have more options like to turn it off and many others.
Pattern Login:

All of you have experienced the feature of Pattern Login in Android OS and iPhones and after its success Microsoft have decided to use this feature in their upcoming Operating System Windows 8. This feature will be seen in Windows 8 tablets and phones. Unlike Android OS which has a 9 block grid, Windows 8 will have a 16 block grid for more complex security pattern.
Hybrid Boot:

Microsoft has introduced the new method of shutting down and starting up the Windows with the new feature Hybrid Boot. This feature reportedly works more like hibernation than actual shutdown, leaving lots of data cached for ready retrieval when the system is switched on again.
Cloud Storage:

Cloud Storage will provide seamless integration for the synchronization and storage of data on cloud-based servers. This will allow users greater flexibility, computing power, and virtual storage space when using Microsoft Windows 8.
Genuine Center:

Since the launch of Windows OS, Microsoft had fought a long battle on software piracy. But this time maybe their war is over as Windows 8 will have the most awaited feature called Genuine Center. In this menu, you’ll be able to enter or change your license key and view the status of your license’s genuineness.

Inferno

10 Best Bodybuilders In The World

Though it is a tough one but is beneficial for all of us. Bodybuilding helps you keep hale and hearty even in your old age because it strengthens your muscles and energizes your body as a whole. Going to gymnasium regularly and following a stringent diet schedule and workout plan is really a tough job to do guys. That is why you can see very little guys with attractive physique and bulging biceps and chest. I am not a bodybuilder as such but go to my local gymnasium daily just for fitness purpose. My uncle is my inspiration as he is touching 50 years of age and is still physically fit. Are you looking for an inspiration? Let us get to the top 10 list of the best bodybuilders.
1. Sergio Oliva

He was born on July 4, 1941 in Cuba. The nickname of Oliva is “The Myth” and if you want to know why then see him at the 1967 Montreal World’s Fair. A sun worshipper coaxed him into this field of bodybuilding and he is the only bodybuilder to ever defeat Arnold in a Mr. Olympia contest, 1969. He is the second bodybuilder to win Mr. Olympia contest. Peeping a little into his personal life, he got shot by his then-wife Arleen Garrett and sustained 5 bullet wounds but The Myth survived that because he is a myth. His height is 5 feet 9 inches and has got a 20 inch arm. Although some of you might consider Arnold to be at the top spot but I will back my ranking by the statement of Joe Weider as he said to Oliva that when he was in his best shape, no one could stand parallel to him. The numerous title won by Oliva are 1965 Junior Mr. America – AAU, Most Muscular, 1966 Mr. World – IFBB, Overall Winner, 1966 Mr Universe – IFBB Winnera and 1985 Olympia – IFBB, 8th etc.
